Question 1

Which plans are there and what do they cost?

Accepted Answer

Starter is free: the 15-day Academy, the community, the trading journal and the public track record cost nothing. Master costs $99.99 per month and Pro costs $249.99 per month, billed in USD. Master adds the live levels of running signals and Trading Clans; Pro adds publishing signals and coaching. Legend is not for sale: it is a rank awarded after a manual review. The current plans and what each includes are always on the pricing page.

Question 2

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

You can pay by card, by PayPal or with crypto. Card and PayPal start a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel. A crypto payment (for example BTC, ETH or USDT) buys a pass of 31 days that does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel and no later charge. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Question 3

How does the Master trial week work?

Accepted Answer

The trial gives you full Master access for 7 days for $9.99. It is available once per member and is paid by card. When the 7 days end, it turns into a monthly Master subscription at $99.99 unless you cancel before the week is over. If you cancel in time, you are not charged again and keep your access until the trial week ends.

Question 4

Where do I find my receipt or invoice?

Accepted Answer

For every payment you get a confirmation by e-mail to the address on your account. Billing and subscription management are in Settings in your dashboard. If you need an invoice with particular details, write to billing@money-circle.net from your account address and name the payment date and the payment method.

Question 5

My payment failed or I was charged unexpectedly. What now?

Accepted Answer

If a renewal payment fails, we e-mail you. Check that the card is valid and has funds, or update your payment method in Settings. If you think a renewal was charged in error, for example because you had cancelled before it, write to billing@money-circle.net with the payment date. We review every case fairly.

Question 6

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel at any time, in your dashboard under Settings or on the cancellation page, which also works without logging in. On the cancellation page you enter your account e-mail address, check the summary and press the final button. Straight afterwards you receive a confirmation e-mail with the date, the time and a reference number. If no e-mail arrives, check your spam folder or write to support@money-circle.net and quote the reference. You may tell us why you are leaving, but that is optional and never stands in the way of cancelling.

Question 7

What happens to my access after I cancel?

Accepted Answer

A cancellation ends the subscription at the end of the billing period you already paid for. You keep full access until then and you are not charged again. Immediate cancellation is carried out at once only when you are signed in to the account that is being cancelled. On the public form without a login it takes effect at the end of the period. A PayPal subscription is cancelled with PayPal straight away, while your access continues until the paid period runs out. A crypto pass never renews and simply ends on its end date.

Question 8

Is there a 14-day money-back guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the first payment of a plan we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee: if Money Circle is not for you, contact us within 14 days of that payment and we refund it in full. If you started with the trial week, the trial fee is that first payment. The guarantee applies once per customer. Crypto passes follow the same rule: ask within 14 days of the confirmed payment. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so the refund is sent to a wallet address that you give us. Renewal payments, including the first monthly fee after a trial, are not covered by the guarantee. You can cancel at any time so that the next renewal never happens.

Question 9

How do I request a refund?

Accepted Answer

Write to billing@money-circle.net (or support@money-circle.net) from your account e-mail address and name the payment date and the payment method. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Question 10

What is my statutory right of withdrawal?

Accepted Answer

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal page has the full notice and the model withdrawal form. Because digital content and services start right after payment, checkout asks you to expressly request that. If you withdraw after delivery has begun, you pay a proportionate amount for what was already provided. This right is separate from, and not limited by, the money-back guarantee.

Question 11

What are the signals in the Signal Vault?

Accepted Answer

The Signal Vault lists educational trade ideas from our team and our software, a ChartViews AI setup every 3 hours, and ideas from Pro members and Legend traders. While a signal is running, its levels are for Master and Pro members; finished signals and the track record are public. They are general market information for education. They are not personal investment advice, and they do not take your situation into account. Trading CFDs carries a high risk of losing money quickly.

Question 12

How do I read a signal?

Accepted Answer

Each idea shows the market, the direction (long or short), an entry level, a stop loss and up to three targets (TP1, TP2 and TP3). The entry is a limit level: the idea only counts as a trade once price has actually traded through it. If price moves away without reaching the entry, the idea is never filled and no trade takes place. The stop loss is the level where the idea is wrong. Decide your own position size before you act, and never risk more than you can afford to lose.

Question 13

What is the risk plan behind each idea?

Accepted Answer

Every idea is managed by the same plan: half of the position closes at TP1 and the stop moves to entry, 30% closes at TP2 and the stop moves to TP1, and the last 20% closes at TP3. If an idea has fewer targets, the shares are split between the targets it has. Results are shown in account percent at a fixed 1% risked per idea, so one full stop loss is minus 1%.

Question 14

Where can I see how the signals performed?

Accepted Answer

The track record page lists every closed idea of ChartViews AI and of the Money Circle engine, the wins and the losses, with the win rate, the profit factor, the sum of results, an equity curve and a table by month. It shows all ideas since the start and the last 30 days under the same rules. Ideas whose entry was never reached are not trades. They are left out of the figures and counted separately. While fewer than 100 ideas have closed, the page marks the sample as early. Past results do not guarantee future results.

Question 15

Is there a Money Circle app?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Money Circle app for iOS and Android gives you the 15-day Academy, the trading journal, the community, the signal record, market news and the calculators. You sign in with the same account as on the website. You can use everything the app shows without buying anything in it.

Question 16

Where do I manage my membership if I use the app?

Accepted Answer

Memberships, payments and cancellation are handled on the website at money-circle.net, not inside the app. Sign in there with the same account and open Settings, or use the public cancellation page.

Question 17

I forgot my password. How do I get back in?

Accepted Answer

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. A reset e-mail arrives within a few minutes; check your spam folder if you do not see it. If it still does not come, write to support@money-circle.net.

Question 18

How do I turn on two-factor sign-in (2FA)?

Accepted Answer

Open Settings in your dashboard and find the Two-factor sign-in card. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app, enter the six-digit code to confirm, and from then on sign-in asks for a code as well as your password. Turning it off again needs your password and a current code.

Question 19

I did not get the e-mail to confirm my address.

Accepted Answer

Check your spam folder first. The confirmation link proves that the address is yours; payments, resets and other account e-mails are sent there. You can request a new link from the banner in your dashboard, or write to support@money-circle.net.

Question 20

How does the partner program work?

Accepted Answer

Approved partners earn a recurring commission of 20% on the eligible payments made by members they refer, for as long as those members stay subscribed. You apply on the partner page; every application is reviewed by a person, and approved partners follow referrals, commissions and payouts in their dashboard. Visitors you send are tracked with a cookie, the last click before sign-up wins, and self-referrals do not count. Always say openly that you earn a commission when you share your link.

Question 21

When and how are partners paid?

Accepted Answer

A commission is held for a short period that covers the refund window, then it becomes payable. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the matching commission. Payouts are sent in crypto once the approved balance reaches the minimum, and each payout is reviewed by a person. The exact hold period, the minimum and the supported coins are listed on the partner page, because they can change.

Question 22

How do I delete my account and my data?

Accepted Answer

Open Settings and use Delete Account at the bottom of the page. It removes your profile, journal, messages, reviews and push subscriptions. Records that the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, are kept only for the legal period. Deleting the account also ends a running Stripe or PayPal subscription, so nothing is charged afterwards.

Question 23

What do you do with my data?

Accepted Answer

The Privacy Policy explains which data we collect, why, where it is processed and how long we keep it, and what rights you have, including access, correction and deletion. Marketing e-mails are sent only if you agreed to them, and every one carries an unsubscribe link.

Question 24

How do I contact support?

Accepted Answer

Write to support@money-circle.net or use the contact form. The chat on the website answers common questions straight away, and for signed-in members it passes anything it cannot answer to our team as a ticket. We usually reply within 24 hours on business days. For billing questions write to billing@money-circle.net.

Question 25

How are member reviews collected and checked?

Accepted Answer

Members who have been active for 14 days are asked once how it is going. Only members who choose to publish their answer, with their first name and an initial, become a review, and our team reads every review before it appears. We do not buy, write or reward reviews, and 1 to 3 star answers from that question go to support as private feedback. A Verified member badge means a confirmed e-mail address on an account that was at least 14 days old when the review was written, or that holds a paid membership.
