How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time, in your dashboard under Settings or on the cancellation page, which also works without logging in.

On the cancellation page you enter your account e-mail address, check the summary and press the final button. Straight afterwards you receive a confirmation e-mail with the date, the time and a reference number. If no e-mail arrives, check your spam folder or write to support@money-circle.net and quote the reference.

You may tell us why you are leaving, but that is optional and never stands in the way of cancelling.
