Is there a 14-day money-back guarantee?

Yes. On the first payment of a plan we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee: if Money Circle is not for you, contact us within 14 days of that payment and we refund it in full. If you started with the trial week, the trial fee is that first payment. The guarantee applies once per customer.

Crypto passes follow the same rule: ask within 14 days of the confirmed payment. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so the refund is sent to a wallet address that you give us.

Renewal payments, including the first monthly fee after a trial, are not covered by the guarantee. You can cancel at any time so that the next renewal never happens.
