Money Circle is a brand operated by Chartviews AI F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment – Limited Liability registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, Licence Number 53839. Chartviews AI F.Z.E decides how and why your data is processed. We do not sell personal data, do not use it for third-party advertising, and do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Account information: name, email address, username and — optionally — country and language. Authentication data: hashed passwords, session and refresh tokens, login timestamps. We never receive your Google password. Platform activity: signals, journal entries, P&L and performance figures used for leaderboards, tribe statistics and your profile. Payment records: plan, subscription status, amount, currency, transaction and customer identifiers. Device and usage data: IP address, browser or device type, pages viewed, request and security logs.
To create and authenticate accounts, operate the academy, community, journal and signal features, process subscriptions and prevent payment fraud, provide support, secure and improve the platform, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Data is stored on secured servers in Germany, operated by Hetzner Online GmbH. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Nightly backups are encrypted before they leave the server. Staff of the operator may access the data from the United Arab Emirates for support and administration.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects billing details, payment-method and fraud-prevention data under its own privacy policy. We receive only limited records — plan, status, amount, currency, transaction and customer ID, renewal and cancellation events. We never store full card numbers or card security codes.
Hetzner (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google (optional sign-in), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (AI coach, chart checks and briefing analysis), Zoom (live sessions), MetaTrader 5 (broker connections), and web-push services. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose described here.
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Contact support@money-circle.net to exercise these rights. Deleting your account removes your profile, journal entries and community posts; records we must retain for accounting or fraud-prevention purposes are kept for the statutory period.
We use essential session cookies for authentication. Analytics and any non-essential cookies are set only after you consent via the cookie banner, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
