All Money Circle subscriptions are month-to-month with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription (Stripe billing portal or PayPal). After cancelling you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
If you are a first-time subscriber and Money Circle isn't for you, contact us within 14 days of your FIRST payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked. The guarantee applies once per customer.
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, because access to all paid content is delivered immediately. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we'll review it fairly.
Crypto payments buy a fixed 31-day access period and are confirmed on-chain; due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transfers they are non-refundable once confirmed, except where required by law.
If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting your subscription you agree that access begins immediately; if you withdraw within 14 days without having used paid features, you receive a full refund — otherwise a pro-rated amount may be deducted for the service already provided.
Leaderboard rewards (free plan months, prop-firm challenges) have no cash value and are not refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
Email billing@money-circle.net from your account email with the payment date and method. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
