You earn 20% of each payment actually collected from a member you referred, every billing period they keep paying. How much that adds up to depends entirely on your audience and on who chooses to subscribe; we cannot promise any amount.
Each commission is held for 14 days, which covers the refund window. After that it becomes payable. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the matching commission.

Yes, but never retroactively. A new rate applies only to transactions from its effective date, and any existing written partner agreement is honoured.
