How are member reviews collected and checked?

Members who have been active for 14 days are asked once how it is going. Only members who choose to publish their answer, with their first name and an initial, become a review, and our team reads every review before it appears. We do not buy, write or reward reviews, and 1 to 3 star answers from that question go to support as private feedback.

A Verified member badge means a confirmed e-mail address on an account that was at least 14 days old when the review was written, or that holds a paid membership.
